Is it disrespectful to a current wife to visit a deceased wife's grave?

When should we make an appointment for a pre-conception check up?

My wife has her yearly exam 7 months before we want to start trying, so can she go to her regular family doctor who is also a gynecologist, or does she need to make a separate appointment with a OB/GYN?

Do I need to go to my regular doctor for anythign?

Also what do they do at these appointments?

What if my ex wife refuses to pay half of the tax penalty?

Recently on 4/24/07 I recieved a tax penalty in the mail from 2001. Me and my ex-wife were married between 2000 and 2005 aprox. She failed to pay some taxes on her job because she was paid under the table. I am now remarried and have a daughter. My ex-wife has always been controlling and abusive and always blamed me for everything. Well when I called her the other day to ask her to pay half of the 44.00 debt she told me you know what you are responsible because you always took care of the bills and then I try to explain to her and she said why do you keep talking so I stopped. Then she just said she will not pay. So I live in another state and to fly over and take her to court would cost 0 at least so that would already be more her half so I would lose the money anyways. Is there anything I can do to not be walked over again I feel so bad about losing this money too. Thanks for all of your help and answers!

My wife was recently exposed to high levels of X ray radiation in a clinic. Can she take legal action?

My wife works in a clinic and is pregnant. During a health & safety inspection carried out a few weeks back, tests showed that the X ray machine was emitting high levels of radiation above what is required on every scan done on patients. Are we able to take legal action for negligence?
The X ray room also turned out not to be Lead protected.

How can my wife find an elementary teaching job in the Dallas area?

We are relocating to the the Dallas area, more specifically McKinney. My wife has applied at over 20 districts in and around Dallas in hopes of getting interviewed for a job. Unfortunately we are now close to July and she has received no phone calls. She has been attempting to visit schools and talk to principles but has not received a lot of attention from the schools. Is she doing something wrong or are we doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. My wife is a terrific person as well as caring teacher and has great recommendations from her previous school.

Wife sold and repurchased stock she has had for a while, what percent is it taxed?

My wife is a girl from Vietnam and she doesn’t wear these things and she is a girl chosen by mother and aunt in an arranged marriage. I was having trouble getting a girlfriend so because I’m Vietnamese, I was able to marry a girl from Vietnam. I want to introduce my wife to makeup and things like girly shoes and accessories. I want my wife to wear shoes that makes her look girly along with other things like makeup and handbags or purses. How should I introduce her to these things ??? Can anyone please help me out ???
